What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services
- Build and retain customer relationships while providing exceptional service
- Assess urgency of customer requests and prioritize accordingly
- Serve as a liaison between customers and other bank departments and vendors
- Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, filing, and handling detail work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in banking or financial services in a customer service role
- Ability to use a personal computer and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous contact center experience
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with adjustments to hours as needed
