What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and provide quality customer service regarding property insurance
- Support borrowers and Carriers/Agents by providing detailed information on obtaining proof of property insurance
- De-escalate calls, process complaints, and handle the disbursement of insurance premiums
- Cross-train to assist with borrower follow-ups and help desk inquiries
- Maintain records and update the note system as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Ability to meet availability standards and attendance guidelines
- Strong communication skills to deliver timely, accurate customer service
- Capability to work on claim packets when phone lines are low
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with property insurance processes and terminology
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
