      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer high volume inbound calls and provide effective customer service regarding property insurance
      - Assist borrowers and Insurance Agents/Carriers with inquiries about premium disbursements
      - Update records and note systems as required
      - Cross-train to assist with borrower follow-ups and help desk inquiries
      - Deliver timely and accurate customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
      - 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
      - Must meet availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines
      - Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
      - Ability to manage complaints and de-escalate calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
      - Familiarity with property insurance products
      - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
      - Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
