      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy and follow-through
      - Translate customer demand into actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain
      - Manage orders from entry through delivery using ERP and CRM systems
      - Proactively address potential issues related to capacity and demand shifts
      - Maintain clean data and documentation for visibility into customer activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered
      - Experience supporting OEM or distribution customers
      - Strong working knowledge of SAP
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics
      - Reliable high-speed internet for hybrid or remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma environments
      - Proficiency in Excel and AI tools for efficient work processes
