      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
      - Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate processing via phone and document management
      - Ensure patients have all required medical documentation for billing of services
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients' physicians and referral sources to address concerns and verify insurance coverage
      - Maintain a strong understanding of medical documentation and company procedures while ensuring confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Customer service experience preferred
      - Proficient computer literacy, including strong keyboarding skills
      - Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
      - Exceptional phone and email etiquette; availability for evening and weekend shifts may be required

      - Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with medical documentation and insurance processes
