      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
      - Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate processing through phone and document management
      - Ensure patients have necessary medical documentation for billing of services
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients’ physicians and referral sources for troubleshooting and service verification
      - Maintain confidentiality and strong understanding of medical documentation and insurance requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Customer service experience preferred
      - Proficient computer literacy and strong keyboarding skills
      - Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
      - Exceptional phone and email etiquette; availability for evenings and weekends may be required

      - Experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare-related field
      - Ability to multi-task and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
