**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
- Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate reorder processing through various communication channels
- Ensure patients have all required medical documentation for billing services
- Maximize patient retention through cross-selling and proactive communication
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while managing sensitive patient information
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills for accurate data entry
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Exceptional phone and email etiquette, with potential evening and weekend availability
