      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the physician's office healthcare team by scheduling patient appointments and addressing patient inquiries
      - Coordinate other procedures, laboratory tests, and consultations with referral doctors
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for marketing activities and physician referral efforts
      - Quickly assess and determine the needs of customers to provide efficient service
      - Perform additional marketing and non-marketing related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Availability to complete a mandatory in-person two-week training in Tampa and Clearwater
      - Exceptional customer service skills
      - Strong communication skills
      - Ability to work full-time, with shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience in a call center environment
      - 1 year of experience in customer service
      - 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
      - Associate's degree
