What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience
- Process claims and payment-related inquiries, ensuring seamless communication
- Engage with policyholders and agents through surveys and digital platforms
- Accurately enter data into various systems and process policyholder change requests
- Maintain flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience or training is required
- Ability to set up new claims and process one-contact claims effectively
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for engaging with customers
- Desire to learn new systems and tools to improve job performance
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with digital platforms for customer engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex inquiries
