What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize a soft collections approach to negotiate and collect past due payments through incoming and outgoing calls
- Analyze situations to determine the best course of action while adhering to business practices, policies, and legal regulations
- Maintain a goal-oriented focus to achieve collection targets in a competitive atmosphere
- Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills to understand and influence customers effectively
- Work independently from home while ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor during calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet specific internet and home office requirements for remote work
- Strong telephone and communication skills
