What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators regarding customer service metrics
- Respond to inbound phone and email queries from communities and affiliate brands
- Utilize team processes and procedures to efficiently solve customer requests
- Make outbound calls to follow up on questions and educate community customers on available resources
- Attend scheduled trainings and team calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
