      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees
      - Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies
      - Coordinate facility discharges and medication reconciliation
      - Provide help desk support to network pharmacies
      - Educate PACE staff on network pharmacy processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma
      - Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software
      - Strong patient-centered focus
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      - Understanding of clinical terms and impacts
