      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and clerical support to the Customer Service Leadership team and staff to ensure efficient workflows
      - Monitor and distribute incoming department cases, faxes, voicemails, and emails to meet service level agreements
      - Access, enter, and update customer account information in the Laboratory Information System and other software platforms
      - Process UPS and FedEx pick-up requests, customer supply orders, and facilitate monthly Order Entry Verification
      - Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, minimum requirement
      - 1+ years of general administrative/clerical experience
      - Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Salesforce.com
      - Ability to work under tight schedules and multitask effectively
      - Self-starter with flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
