What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text for a high volume of low complexity inquiries
- Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments regarding specific customer orders
- Deliver technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center
- Collaborate with the manager and other teammates to meet short-term goals
- Anticipate additional customer needs and solve problems effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or support
- Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience
- Ability to communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with technical customer support processes
