What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on medical imaging equipment at customer sites
- Deliver timely and effective repairs while providing adequate training to operators for optimal system performance
- Manage financial performance within the assigned territory, focusing on revenue generation and expense control
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and peers while performing necessary administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with vendor credentialing requirements to access client sites
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments
- Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to drive independently
- Strong competency in instrument systems technology, including mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology

- Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with network applications and tools relevant to the position
