      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure a seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents and checking driver’s license validity
      - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle necessary exchanges
      - Offer additional products and services while addressing customer inquiries
      - Finalize rental agreements, confirming documents and explaining charges
      - Inspect returned vehicles for damages and maintain a clean workstation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
      - Basic computer navigation skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications
      - Availability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
      - Willingness to wear a company uniform; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

      - Previous experience in the car rental or hospitality industry
      - Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and inspection processes
      - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
