Employer Industry: Sheet Music and Accessories Retail
Why Consider this Job Opportunity:
- Starting pay up to $14/hr plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
- Full-time position with benefits eligibility after 60 days
- Paid training provided
- Work Days: Monday-Friday; Shifts between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (CST)
- Equipment provided option for remote work
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address customer questions and concerns through phone, email, and chat
- Manage inbound calls and maintain call control
- Identify customers' needs, research solutions, and provide alternatives
- Access company and client resources to handle calls effectively
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Technical savvy and ability to use multiple systems
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous remote work from home experience
- Quick learner and able to work independently
- Previous experience using Outlook, Word & Excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Type 35 words per minute accurately
