What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 25-30 inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding fertility services
- Coordinate fertility plans and medications between patients and physicians
- Resolve customer issues and ensure 100% follow-up with patients
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification
- Valid Arizona State pharmacy technician license
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience in customer service or pharmacy technician roles
- Prior Authorization experience, particularly with CoverMyMeds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Empathetic and fun-loving personality with good humor
