What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls regarding insurance policies
- Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring all needs are met
- Learn insurance products and processes within a structured training environment
- Maintain a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service role in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with digital service platforms and tools
- Proven record of adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Additional language skills beyond English
