      - Basic computer skills and experience
      - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
      - Ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and concerns
      - Customer-focused mindset for a positive customer experience and resolution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
      - Strong problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of specific industry products and services
      - Fluency in multiple languages
      - Experience with CRM software
