What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately process customer transactions in the order entry system, including orders, quotes, and returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and territory documents
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to provide excellent service
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery of products
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the companion animal industry
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in SAP or related ERP systems
