      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer support throughout the service lifecycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment
      - Handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage quotations, and maintain customer data
      - Utilize ERP and CRM systems to process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues
      - Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives while upholding core values
      - Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and follow-up on inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in a multinational environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European language proficiency highly valued
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
      - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities under deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
      - Experience using CRM systems and customer service software
      - Collaborative with a positive attitude and exceptional teamwork skills
      - Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
