      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance
      - Open service requests and sales orders for parts and projects
      - Manage inquiries and ensure timely closure of service requests
      - Update project information in Salesforce and coordinate with field technicians
      - Keep customers informed about the progress of their service requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role
      - Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
      - Working knowledge of MS Office
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
      - Availability for overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7:30 AM EST, including rotating weekends after 90 days

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a technical support or repair coordination role
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
