What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound phone support to customers throughout their membership lifecycle
- Offer solutions that enhance the customer service experience based on a thorough understanding of practices
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Achieve high standards for call quality and productivity with a focus on first-call resolution
- Utilize company resources to effectively address customer inquiries and needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills (typing speed of 45 WPM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
