What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and manufacturing partners
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Process customer transactions accurately in order entry systems, including orders, quotes, and returns
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and customer service efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with equine or companion animals
- Associate's Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in SAP or related ERP systems
