What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phone calls to assist customers with managing their subscriptions
- Address customer inquiries related to complaints, billing, and account management
- Resolve fulfillment issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a reliable schedule and adhere to availability requirements
- Provide excellent communication and support in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for shifts starting as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM MST
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed
- Proficient in using a PC or laptop with Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS
- Must have a USB headset for calls and a dedicated, quiet workspace
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week, including one weekend day
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a high-call-volume setting
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Solid PC skills, including data entry and basic troubleshooting
- Residing in Wyoming or Kansas
