What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and handle general information calls related to licensing, payment, and compliance questions
- Perform research and accurately enter data in the Cosmetology and Barber database
- Consult with leaders to ensure accurate information is provided to callers
- Provide high-quality responses to inquiries
- Resolve difficult customer service complaints/problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Arizona Barbering & Cosmetology statutes, rules, and regulations
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
- Ability to work in a busy call center environment with high call volumes
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Exceptional communication and problem-resolution skills
