What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the portfolio of airlines, ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Process and interpret data from rate sheets (tariffs) and input it into the proprietary system
- Provide customer service support via email, phone, and live chat
- Collaborate with various employees within the company to align company and customer strategies
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet individual and company goals in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute and 8000 kph 10-key accuracy
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the freight, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry
- Additional language skills, with Spanish being a significant plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Freight industry experience preferred but not required
