What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate and processed timely
- Follow company procedures and ensure accurate trip data is input into systems
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution
- Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, including 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to multitask effectively
