What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management
- Follow up on complicated customer interactions as needed
- Accurately record details of customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation and typing at 30+ words per minute
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
