      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email/chat leads quickly and professionally
      - Qualify needs, set expectations, and schedule service/sales appointments in the calendar/CRM
      - Follow clear call flows and objection-handling to maximize booking rates
      - Enter detailed, accurate notes, tags, and outcomes during/after each interaction
      - Monitor the lead queue and respond within the target service level agreements (SLA)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in customer service, call center, or appointment setting
      - Excellent phone presence with the ability to convey warmth and confidence
      - Strong typing and multitasking skills, able to talk, take notes, and update systems simultaneously
      - Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented and positive attitude
      - Reliability and punctuality for a morning shift

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Fieldpulse, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM/dispatch tools
      - Previous experience in home services or appointment-setting roles
