What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner while providing outstanding customer service
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up on customer interactions when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate priority issues to appropriate departments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years of import, export, operations, or logistics experience and/or training
- Previous call center experience
- Excellent soft skills, including patience and empathy
- Ability to maintain professionalism and establish rapport with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within the logistics or transportation industry
- Familiarity with export and import processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced situations
