What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone and chat for patients and healthcare providers
- Assist with prescription inquiries, troubleshooting mail-order issues, and guiding users through resolution steps
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings while delivering accurate and effective support
- Track interactions for first-call resolution and escalate unresolved issues as needed
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly and effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and online support tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Previous experience in a startup environment
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
