What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls via a multiline telephone system
- Prepare and provide internal and external written correspondence via email
- Assist customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions
- Collect customer feedback and make recommendations for potential products and/or services
- Prepare product and/or service reports by analyzing customer information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to learn and retain product and procedural knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience learning new systems
- High attention to detail and quality-focused
- Ability to multi-task with superior organizational skills
