      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to general customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims in a professional manner
      - Analyze problems and provide solutions while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions
      - Research and resolve outstanding customer service issues in accordance with company standards
      - Develop and maintain positive customer relations, coordinating with various functions within the company
      - Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
      - Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and concise speaking voice
      - Proficient organizational and time management skills
      - Fluent in English (oral and written); bilingual in Spanish preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with Health Care Processing Systems (HCPS) and database management
      - Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
      - Demonstrated initiative in process improvement and innovation
      - Previous experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
