What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external customer inquiries
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a customer-centric approach
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for various healthcare providers
- Act as a liaison for customers regarding product availability and equipment troubleshooting
- Address all customer service-related issues effectively and efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Empathy, passion, and enthusiasm for helping those in need
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask using multiple web-based order entry platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to compose clear and concise messages via email and instant messaging
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, particularly in healthcare or durable medical equipment
