      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support customers in submitting and processing transactions
      - Assist customers with identifying and resolving processing issues and website access inquiries
      - Manage inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, web chats, and outreach to customers
      - Log cases or update existing cases in a web-based agent desktop application for each customer interaction
      - Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 0-2 years of customer service or public relations experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to provide effective customer service while dealing tactfully with the public
      - Strong commitment to providing quality service with keen attention to detail and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to successfully adapt and perform during times of high call volume
      - Strong listening ability to interpret and clarify information provided by customers
      - Experience fostering good working relationships and rapport with customers
