      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve insurance requests quickly and accurately for clients through Salesforce cases and phone calls
      - Deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction
      - Educate customers on the benefits of programs and products while ensuring timely service
      - Collaborate with referral sources and carrier contacts to meet customer needs
      - Maintain accountability to self, team, and company while upholding a positive work culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with homeowners insurance
      - 2+ years in a customer service role
      - Strong adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to multitask
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist with customer inquiries and problem-solving
      - Active Property & Casualty insurance license required before starting

      - Experience using Salesforce, Excel, and G Suite for policy management and accounting systems
      - Strong process orientation with a commitment to finding better ways to complete tasks
