What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding membership maintenance and insurance policy updates
- Listen to customer issues and provide meaningful solutions, proactively offering relevant products and services
- Engage with members and team members with a positive attitude
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment that encourages coaching and development
- Perform data entry and complex computer navigation while actively listening to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must live within 30 miles of the Los Angeles location
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recent call center experience
