      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate all customer service activities for assigned accounts, ensuring customer delivery commitments are met
      - Manage the sales order process from entry to shipment, including interaction with trucking and outside entities
      - Educate customers about product features, functionality, and benefits to improve sales
      - Track and manage customer service KPIs and maintain accurate records of interactions
      - Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams on order fulfillment and delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly
      - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the food industry
      - Familiarity with computer-based accounting systems
      - Creative thinking skills for problem-solving
      - Knowledge of customer service best practices
      - Experience with SAP software
