      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process orders through traditional and e-prescription delivery, updating patients and referrals on status
      - Verify necessary patient data, including insurance and diagnosis codes, for order processing
      - Enter patient information into billing software accurately
      - Perform revenue certification and/or pre-authorization activities prior to deliveries
      - Inform patients of co-pay responsibilities and equipment rental or purchase information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
      - Competency in processing sleep therapy equipment orders and general DME knowledge
      - Strong problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
      - High level of proficiency in using computers and various software programs
      - Ability to demonstrate accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service within a healthcare-related field
      - Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Office, Bonafide, and Synapse
      - Strong interpersonal relationship skills when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
