What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a world-class customer experience through various communication channels
- Proactively respond to inbound customer inquiries and assist with outbound campaigns as needed
- Review and process application information and loan documents following compliance guidelines
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company's CRM system
- Share insights with management to enhance company products, operations, and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior banking and/or lending experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
