What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to provide information, take orders, and address customer inquiries
- Maintain records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints and ensure appropriate changes are made
- Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups, responding to delivery and routing questions
- Contact customers regarding inquiries and notify them of claim results and planned adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service call center environment
- Experience in food service distribution is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; CRM/Phone Technology experience preferred
