What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in customer interactions professionally
- Accurately enter and verify orders, adjustments, and credits in ERP systems
- Coordinate with transportation and operations to ensure timely deliveries
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems to manage orders and assist clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order fulfillment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SeaSoft preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Experience in seafood, food distribution, or logistics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
