What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries through approved communication channels
- Take ownership of guest concerns and resolve complaints in accordance with company policies
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to deliver a positive guest experience
- Research and resolve parking-related issues, including payment questions and service concerns
- Accurately document all guest interactions and coordinate with appropriate teams when issues require escalation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in hospitality or service-based roles
- Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and professionalism
- Reliable availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
