What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a friendly demeanor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability to meet scheduling needs
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
- Quiet, distraction-free environment for remote work
