      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer 60-75 incoming calls daily from patients, providers, and pharmacies
      - Schedule office visits and wellness appointments for primary care offices
      - Request medication refills, referrals, and send messages on behalf of patients and providers
      - Navigate multiple Electronic Health Record systems and follow HIPAA protocols
      - Register new patients and input patient demographics and insurance information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED
      - 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment using phones and computers
      - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
      - Ability to type an average of 40 wpm
      - Ability to troubleshoot IT/computer issues independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of prior healthcare experience
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
