      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls from consumers regarding child support cases while adhering to confidentiality and privacy policies
      - Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
      - Complete necessary tasks according to established guidelines
      - Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
      - Facilitate caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Must reside in the state of Kansas
