What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and close out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, ensuring details are verified
- Assist technicians with order closeouts and handle internal escalations
- Perform data entry and update information in the system
- Run reports and maintain trackers as needed
- Provide support for inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong computer navigation skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
