What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer care through phone, email, text, web chat, and case management interactions
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries professionally and timely
- Resolve toll charge disputes and assist customers with account-related questions
- Create and document service requests accurately, collaborating with internal departments as needed
- Educate customers on best practices to maintain account standing and manage suspended accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a structured call center environment
- Familiarity with tolling services or related customer service experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common technical issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
